2022 Qualifying Documents

Qualifying documents will be posted here on May 27, 2022.

Qualifying Dates: Noon, June 13, 2022 – Noon, June 17, 2022
We will begin accepting qualifying documents on May 30, 2022, as per F.S. 99.061(8), which specifies a two-week prequalifying period. On May 30, our offices will be closed for Memorial Day, but qualifying documents can be dropped in a secure box at our Elections Service Center at 2514 N. Falkenburg Rd., Tampa, FL, on that day. Qualifying week is expected to be busy, so we encourage you to schedule an appointment and take advantage of the pre-qualifying period, if possible. During your appointment, we can notarize the forms that require notarization, review all of your qualifying documents for completion, and answer any questions that you have.

Please note: Florida has a very broad public records law. Voter registration applications and other written communications to or from the Supervisor of Elections are public records and are available to the public and media upon request unless the information is subject to a specific statutory exemption. Email addresses are also public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, please do not email us. Instead, contact us by mail or phone, or visit us in person. To request public records, contact the communications department by emailing  publicrecords@votehillsborough.gov or calling (813) 744-5900.
